5 Recipes for easy things to make for dinner if you can't think of anything else.
1. Goulash
1 lb. of ground meat browned
1 cup of elbow macaroni cooked until tender
1 can of Ranch Style Beans
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of corn (optional)
Serve with a green salad.
This takes about 10 minutes to put together and your kids will love it.
2. Baked Fish
1 pound of fresh fish (talapia, trout, halibut, etc...) Sprinkle salt and pepper and cracker crumbs on top Bake it on a piece of foil for 10-15 minutes I serve this with baked potatoes and steamed broccoli.
3. Chef Salad
1 head of green leaf lettuce chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 bunch of green onions chopped
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 cup of grated cheese
Croutons, olives, etc...
Salad dressing
4. Tostadas
10 tostada shells
1 can of refried beans
Chopped chicken
Chopped lettuce or cilantro
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Sour cream, hot sauce
5. Baked Chicken
Take the skin off of a whole chicken.
Put it in a baking dish, pour barbeque sauce over it. Bake in a 350 oven for 90 minutes.
Put some baked potatoes in to cook with it. Have green beans or a salad with it.
